My roommates and I are looking for 3 people to take over our lease in August. It’s called Square Apartments and it’s 3 bedrooms with a living room, 2 private full bathrooms, and 1 full bathroom out in the hall.

– $700 per (cable, trash, internet included)
– $740 w/ Utilities included

Utilities not included in the rent ($700) are water, sewer, and electric. Electric bill is a separate payment that is done through Dominion Energy.
