The Senior Digital Strategist is an expert, leader and resource to the digital advertising team on digital marketing trends, strategies and technical implementation. The Senior Digital Strategist implements and manages search, display, social and retargeting digital advertising campaigns that are aimed at generating and managing online advertising campaigns to surpass goals of Converge’s clients. The Senior Digital Strategist, maintains a forward-thinking vision and keeps the organization’s business goals in mind on daily basis.
+ Drive strategic initiatives of search, display, social and retargeting digital advertising campaigns aimed at generating and managing online advertising campaigns, using Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and display networks.
+ May work with clients or client services team to facilitate the communication and prioritization of client work and deadlines to ensure all projects are implemented on time with quality deliverables and high efficiency.
+ Will monitor/report on digital advertising metrics while providing planning and strategies for ongoing success and campaign improvement and assist with strategy, design and development of ad creative and landing pages in coordination with digital advertising projects.
+ Proactively monitor and assess digital marketing trends to provide recommendations to capitalize on opportunities for clients
+ Develop and support company content marketing efforts including client case studies, webinars, blog posts, video blogs and more.
+ Bachelor’s degree Marketing/Advertising and 4+ years of experience with pay-per-click advertising on Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
+ Experience advertising on social media channels such as, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
+ Experience with programmatic display and retargeting strategies on various display advertising networks.
+ Experience with DCM, Google Analytics/Adwords, and other data tracking tools to prove ROI of digital advertising campaigns. Analytics/AdWords Certification preferred.
