WHAT WE OFFER:

$14.55 per hour
Temporary to hire position
40 hour workweek – no seasonal cycles
Monday – Friday, 2pm-10:30pm
Clean, climate controlled warehouse
ACA compliant benefits package and weekly pay

WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:

Ensure and conduct proper operation of equipment
Perform line changeovers and set up equipment as needed
Ensure proper manning on line, including coordinating lunches and breaks for line employees
Complete work zone control sheets
Identify and sort products and components by name and description
Resolve product and equipment issues and problems
Conduct assigned Quality Audits / Inspections and accurately complete all associated paperwork to ensure all products meet set quality standards
Maintain Good Manufacturing Processes
Maintain communication with the Production Manager and Production Supervisor
Recommend proactive action to remedy equipment, component, and product issues
Assist in mechanical procedures of the line, including assisting equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

5 years minimum of manufacturing/production experience
Ability to be flexible and assist in different departments as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
High School Diploma require
Mechanical aptitude
Strong work ethic
TARGET SKILL SET:

Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Filling Technician
