Second Nature seeks a Lead Designer to develop visual conceptual solutions for a full range of creative ideas, with an emphasis on brand-building and DTC consumer marketing, as well as supporting B2B initiatives. This role will collaborate heavily with writers, designers, and other team members to obtain business results.

The Lead Designer is responsible for concepting, art direction, design, typesetting, and production for all types of advertising, which includes television, social media, websites, digital display, email, and other art direction/design assignments that might arise, including presentations.

The Lead Designer must have and further develop a mastery of Adobe CS: Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as a proficiency with After Effect and Premiere. Photography/Videography a plus.

Responsibilities –

Design/art direct ads that help build awareness of product benefits and drive customer acquisition.
Develop and produce engaging content for specific social media platforms, including the creation of short-form video, gifs, and animations.
Manage visual oversight of creative product from inception through completion to ensure a high level of quality and integrity of concept through approval of idea.
Develop and frame creative concepts in line with creative briefs.
Visualize, design, and conceptualize user experience.
Create visual prototypes.
Extend brand guidelines across all mediums.

Qualifications –

5-7 years graphic design experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac systems
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Some experience with directing photo and video production, video editing, and/or motion design
Advanced knowledge of print and digital production, banner design and UX design
Strong leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and communication skills
