Overview

The Full Stack Developer is a mid-level team player, working with devs, creatives and project managers to produce custom solutions for our clients. You’re a great fit if you meet the following requirements:

Full Stack Skillset. You want to solve problems with your code. You take the time to understand the objectives of a project and code to help accomplish those objectives. You use your talents and skills including HTML, CSS, JS, React and PHP to craft custom applications and WordPress-powered websites to create solutions that strategically solve problems for our clients and our team.

Quality Code + Documentation. You code to standards and take pride in your code, keeping it lean and well-documented. You understand and work within proven QA processes to test both the quality of your code and the functional requirements of the project.

Creative Problem Solver + Team Player. You look at development as a way to solve problems, but you also solve problems while collaborating with your team. You work well with strategists and creatives, implementing their plans and designs. Additionally, you work well with the client team to ensure that development projects meet the client’s needs. You partner with your Project Manager to ensure deadlines are hit and work is completed efficiently.

Innovate + Grow. Technology moves quickly, and you do too, always finding new ways to solve problems with energy and enthusiasm. You continually challenge yourself and your peers to grow personally and professionally.
Experience

5+ years full-stack development experience
Collaborating with other developers
Collaborating with a creative team
Translate UX/visual comps into a quality user experience
Custom application development in PHP
Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines
Strong portfolio of high-performing websites ​​​​​​​
Technology Requirements

HTML
CSS, SASS preferred
