You have a great phone persona, quickly build rapport with everyone, have excellent listening skills, and have a burning desire to help business owners improve their digital marketing.

You are a high achiever and can easily make at least 50 outbound calls daily. You should be highly motivated, disciplined, and demonstrate a tenacious desire to learn outbound prospecting skills and have do-what-it-takes attitude. Experience as an SDR selling website development and digital marketing to decision makers is a plus. This is a pay for performance position with substantial compensation, bonuses, and a path for advancement.
